We grow onions very year along with all the other staple veggys . This year we bought a few bags og bulbs like usual . Before we got a chance to plant them one of my farmer clients gave me a flat of Spanish onions plugs he just got back from the green house that starts all his plant he doesn't direct sow . Well there is 200 plugs to a flat . Needless to say after I planted all those onion yesterday we should have about 300 onions this year. I hope thats enough .

Holy cow that’s a lot of onions! I’m thinking of Forest Gump but in stead of shrimp its onions!

Raw onion , diced onion, sautéd onion, caramelized onion,
French onion soup, creamed onion, baked onion, onion rings, onion dip, onion pie, onion relish, onion casserole ……….

The thought of all those onions brings tears to my eyes.
